Louisville dojo classes will meet every Monday and Wednesday from 7-8:30 PM

Classes are conducted in an upstairs classroom in the gym at The Rock, Christian Church of Louisville at 4701 Manslick Road. From the Snyder Freeway, I-265, take the Preston Highway exit going north. At the Manslick Road traffic light, turn right onto Manslick Road. Approximately 1/8 mile on your left, turn into The Rock Christian Church of Louisville parking lot and proceed to the gym parking area. Standard classes, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) courses and private lessons are available. We also offer corporate and company self-defense and awareness seminars.
